Cancellation

You want to cancel your reservation?

Cancellations of contractually booked services before the agreed parking time starts are only possible if the flexible rate of the individual product has been selected. In order to avoid misunderstandings, cancellations must be made in writing to PPG, stating your transaction number under the menu item LOGIN on our homepage. Cancellations must be declared by the day of arrival; the date of receipt of the declaration by PPG is decisive for the time of cancellation. In the case of cancellations declared after the day of arrival, only the proportionate parking fees up to the end of the hiring period can be refunded.

Rebooking

Do you want to change your reservation?

Rebooking changes and subsequent changes to contractually booked services are also only possible if the correspondingly flexible rate for the individual product has been selected and the corresponding parking space capacity still exists. Requests for rebooking and/or changes must also be made in writing under the menu item LOGIN on our homepage.

Can I also book the valet service for the same day at short notice?

Do I also have to pay immediately when making a reservation?

You can pay online in advance by credit card, instant transfer and PayPal or by credit card on the day you drop off your vehicle.

Can I cancel or rebook my reservation?

To do so, please log in to our website with your booking number or ID to adjust your booking. Cancellations are only possible before the agreed start of parking time if the appropriate flexible rate has been selected.

About the service

What does “valet” mean?

The biggest difference to shuttle parking is that valet parking does not require you to drive to the parking garage yourself. You drive directly to the terminal and hand over your car keys to an employee there. This will do the parking and you can check in for your flight directly.

What does one-way valet mean?

They park themselves in our parking garage, leave their keys with our service staff and are driven to the airport with our shuttles. On your return journey, we will bring your vehicle to the desired terminal.

Is one-way valet also possible in the opposite direction?

Where can I find the meeting point at the airport to drop off my vehicle?

How do I get my vehicle back after my return trip?

After you have landed and have received all your luggage back, please contact the ParkMich team directly by telephone. An employee will then drive your vehicle to the agreed meeting point and wait for you there. You will then check your vehicle together for possible damage and can then travel home directly from the airport area.

Can I also drop off my vehicle at the Sheraton or Hilton Hotel?

No, unfortunately it doesn't work anymore. However, we recommend our top dog Living if you want to spend the night at the airport.

I don't fly from Frankfurt Airport, but use the long-distance train station at the airport. Can I still drop off my car with you?

Due to a flight delay, we only land at the airport at XX:XX at night. How do we get our vehicle back?

Please call our hotline and go to our shuttle stops at Frankfurt Airport. We will pick you up there with a shuttle and drive you to our parking garage, where your vehicle is ready to be picked up.

We have entered our vehicle drop off for XX:XX, but would like to drop off our car earlier. Is that possible?

If you would like to drop off your vehicle much earlier than specified, we unfortunately cannot guarantee timely handover.

Is it possible to refuel my vehicle?

Insurance & Demages

I have damage to the vehicle that I didn't immediately see when I returned it. What can I do now?

Reports of damage must be made when the vehicle is returned or in writing within 14 days at the latest with Platzhirsch (Parking) GmbH be submitted.

Where is my vehicle parked during our absence?

How do I recognize the employees of the ParkMich team?

Our colleagues will come to you independently and identify themselves with your employee ID. You can also recognize your colleagues by their clothes.

Are your employees safe when handling my vehicle?

Our colleagues enjoy regular driving safety training, have a driving license of at least 5 years and have reached at least 25 years of age.

How far away is the parking garage?

When my vehicle was taken over, photos of my car were taken. How long are they stored?

Is it possible to drop off my motorcycle with you?

It is not possible to process motor vehicles > 2.00 m and/or trailers as well as motorcycles. As an alternative, we recommend that you use our shuttle service.

I no longer need a Parkmich ID and would like to have my data deleted. How can I do that?

What is the maximum height of my vehicle?

My license plate has changed in the meantime. Do I need to report this?

License plate changes can be edited on our website under the login area. Please note that we need your license plate number and vehicle type to recognize you at the airport.
