    You want to cancel your reservation?

    Cancellations of contractually booked services before the agreed parking time starts are only possible if the flexible rate of the individual product has been selected. In order to avoid misunderstandings, cancellations must be made in writing to PPG, stating your transaction number under the menu item LOGIN on our homepage. Cancellations must be declared by the day of arrival; the date of receipt of the declaration by PPG is decisive for the time of cancellation. In the case of cancellations declared after the day of arrival, only the proportionate parking fees up to the end of the hiring period can be refunded.

    You want to change your reservation?

    Rebooking changes and subsequent changes to contractually booked services are also only possible if the correspondingly flexible rate for the individual product has been selected and the corresponding parking space capacity still exists. Requests for rebooking and/or changes must also be made in writing under the menu item LOGIN on our homepage.

How will the vehicle be insured in terms of damages at PARKMICH?

During the transfer, your vehicle is insured by us.

Do I have to pay directly when doing the reservation?

No you don’t have to. You can also pay on site, but no later than on the day of your arrival.

Am I able to cancel or chance my booking?

You can cancel or chance your parking space up to 24h to the planned departure of your journey.

Are there any more costs?

No! We don’t have any hidden costs. The calculated price includes the costs of the parking space, valet service and VAT.

At what time, the booking is safe?

After you got the email confirmation, the parking space and the valet service at Frankfurt airport are reserved for you. The reservation process is consequently completed. Also check your spam/junk folders.

What can I do if my journey dates have changed?

You can call us and pass through the new flight data to one of our service employees or you send us and email to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Important: If you chose a Early Bird tariff, you have to cancel you reservation and book again. The availability of the Early Bird tariffs is limited and therefore the bookings can not be changed.

What happens, if the landing takes place at another airport or if my return journey is rescheduling?

Please inform, as soon as possible, our service employees via phone or email. The costs for additional parking days will be recalculated.

What shall I do after my arrival at the airport?

We are tracking the arrival of your flight via internet. If you got some luggage with you, please tell our service employee shortly after you received your luggage.
